Sending the enquiry form on this website does not by itself reserve a room or the conference hall. A booking is confirmed only when we reply and confirm it to you directly, by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Room rates shown on this site are our published rates and are subject to change and to availability. We will always confirm the current rate when we respond to your enquiry.

The photographs on this site are of our actual rooms and facilities. Individual rooms within the same category may differ slightly in layout and furnishing.
Booking, payment and cancellation
Payment methods, deposits and cancellation arrangements are confirmed with you at the time of booking. Please ask us about these when you enquire so that everything is clear before you travel.
Conduct at the hotel
