What we collect

If you fill in the enquiry form on this site, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address if you give one, what you are enquiring about, your arrival date and number of nights if you give them, and any message you write.

We do not ask for payment card details anywhere on this website, and you should never send them to us by email or WhatsApp.

Why we hold it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and arrange your stay or booking. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your booking and our normal business records. If you would like us to delete an enquiry, contact us and we will.

Two third parties are involved in running this site:

Our web host, which stores the website and any enquiry messages submitted through it.
Google Maps, which provides the embedded map on our Contact and About pages. When that map loads, Google may receive information about your visit under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies WordPress needs to work properly. We do not run advertising trackers on it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will deal with it.
